1. Who we are

Squawk Sprint is a mobile game available on iOS and Android. The app does not require account creation or registration.

2. Data we access

• Microphone access. Squawk Sprint requests microphone permission so it can read live voice volume and use that input to control gameplay.
• Local gameplay data. The app stores certain values on your device, such as your best score, completed runs, audio settings, and locally stored display name preferences.
• Platform leaderboard data. If you use platform leaderboard features, Google Play Games or Apple Game Center may process your player profile, score submissions, and leaderboard data.
• Advertising-related data. If ads are shown, Google Mobile Ads or related advertising services may process device or app information needed to deliver, measure, and secure ads.

3. How we use microphone data

Squawk Sprint uses microphone input to detect voice intensity in real time so the chicken character can fly during gameplay.

All audio processing happens locally on your device. We do not record, store, or transmit your voice or any microphone audio to external servers. Microphone data is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose other than real-time gameplay control.

The device operating system may create temporary audio buffers while the microphone is active. These are used solely for gameplay and are discarded automatically.

4. How we use other data

• To run the game and remember gameplay settings on your device.
• To submit or display leaderboard entries through platform leaderboard providers when you use them.
• To show ads and rewarded ads, if enabled in the app.
• To maintain app security, reliability, and basic functionality.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with service providers or platform providers only as needed to operate app features, including:

• Google Play Games for leaderboard features on Android.
• Apple Game Center for leaderboard features on iOS.
• Google Mobile Ads or related advertising services if ads are enabled in the app.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app, clear app data, or remove the relevant stored data through your device settings.

We do not operate servers that store your personal data or microphone recordings.

Third-party services such as platform leaderboards or ad networks may retain data under their own retention policies.

7. Your choices

• You can deny microphone permission, but the core voice-control gameplay will not work properly without it.
• You can reset or clear local app data through your device settings.
• You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to reduce unnecessary access to data and to keep app data handling limited to what is needed for gameplay and related features. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Squawk Sprint is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The app does not require account creation or registration, does not collect names or email addresses, and does not transmit personal data to any server. All gameplay data is stored locally on the device only.
